My husband and I chose the Triball Anal Beads as we had have already tried a beginners sex toy plug as we wanted to ‘upgrade’ to a larger anal toy. Triball is a cute pink (so may not be good for men that don’t like a girly colour) but they look great in a smooth silicone, beads of graduated size and which sit on a chunky solid string with a pull handle. The bead string is 160mm x 40mm and are perfect as an intermediate anal toy with the bead circumference not challenging you too much on the bottom set and the entire length giving a satisfying sensation even to a seasoned user of anal sex toys.
We applied a water-based lubricant to the beads (not silicone as this could erode the material over time) and the silicone was slippery smooth. Take the time for a little play with extra lubricant and well-oiled fingers and the Triball’s anal spheres slip in with maximum comfort. Start at the smallest bead and venture on in your own good time. We managed the second bead on the first use but only graduated to the full complement after a few weeks of use.
Triball can be used during sex very easily and we enjoyed leaving the beads in during penetration and pulling on the handle during orgasm for fabulous sensations. You can also use the anal beads during masturbation as the chunky handle gives you the confidence to use Triball one handed.
We loved Triball and the price at £8.99 didn’t seem enough for such good quality anal beads. We would like to see them in black or perhaps a less ‘Barbie’ colour but hey if they are this good the colour does just pale into the background.

The Loving joy finger fun arrived and the presentation as a whole was great. It wasn't the usual scary packaging of anal sex toys with a 1979's derriere in the air but funky, trendy even with good aesthetics which makes you feel good about your choice and what you plan to do with it. I suppose anal sex toys have gone main stream and we are benefiting from better butt plugs! A small butt plug like the Loving Joy Finger fun is best for beginners as its proportions don't challenge so much and get you used to having something inserted in your anus. I spread a little sex lubricant onto the Finger Fun as it is imperative that lube is used even if the plug is on the smaller side. Hooking my finger inside the anal toys loop the control was very good and a crook of the finger itself enabled the plug to slide smoothly in. The sensation was enjoyable and the material feels good. The slight flare towards the middle of the Finger fun means that you can definately feel something inside but it is comfortable and pleasant. I still had to gradually insert the plug, stopping at a couple of poi sents before it 'popped' in as its always best to take care around the anus. I used the finger fun on my partner whilst giving him a blow job and he loved it and said "its just enough to heighten sensation but not so big that I can't sit down for a week". If your man likes a little light anal penetration then the finger fun is ideal. We also enjoy anal sex and the finger fun was a good warm up sex toy offering a relaxed state and well lubricated bum before penetration which was great.

The backside beginner arrived and my partner and I were pretty excited. We had indulged each other with anal finger play but were yet to use a sex toy for anal penetration. After a light lubrication the butt plug inserted very easily and felt comfortable inside. It has a large tapered base for safety and felt secure in place. I would definately recommend the backside beginner to the anal novice and we will use it for a while before moving on to a larger butt plug.
Cupids Bitty Butt plug is a butt plug for the beginner which suited my partner and I perfectly.
