I had heard all the hype regarding this couples sex toy that revolutionised the market for couples looking to enjoy a marital aid that didn't interfere with love making at all. The We-Vibe had featured in Scarlet Magazine which I subscribe to & I had noticed it on Lovehoney and a few other online sex shops which my partner & I regularly visit. We ordered the We-Vibe with great anticipation and couldn't wait for delivery and a night with a new toy that by all accounts would blow our socks off!
I use a clitoral vibrator during sex as my husbands penetration alone doesn't bring on my orgasm. This is fine and my husband adopts various positions that allow one or other of us to stimulate my clitoris whilst making love. The most effective sex toy we had used for this purpose is the mini vibe as I can slip my hand between my legs in most positions and reaching climax just takes a little extra effort (but its worth it). The idea of me being able to enjoy sex freely without manual stimulation really appealed and massaging my g-spot brings on even bigger orgasms. The We-Vibe was promising alot and we quickly finished our meal on the day it arrived and locked ourselves away to enjoy this vibrator in peace.
The We-Vibe is small, much smaller than it looks online which was fine as the idea of wearing something that protruded too far from my body seemed uncomfortable and cumbersome. The box houses all you need to charge the vibrator and we quickly read the instructions waiting for a powerful buzz but no there was no charge from the off! This was extremely disappointing and led to some serious foreplay and sex without this couples toy on what should have been its first outing.
You need sex lubricant to begin as sliding this vibrator in is far more comfortable with a little extra slide. We applied a little lube to the arm which is inserted and pressed the toy into place. Missionary position appeared to be the best way to begin our love making and my husband began inserting his cock as per normal. The insertion felt fine and the we-vibe and my partners penis were not competing for space. The g spot arm didn't feel like it was in the right place for a g-spot massage and the movement sex didn't provide any internal stimulation to my g-spot at all. To add to the disappointment the vibrating clitoral stimulator was cumbersome and instead of delivering earth shattering vibrations to my clit felt lumpy and uncomfortable. There was no pleasure to be had from the We-Vibe and we quickly whipped it out and carried on with our normal sexual routine. The best vibrator I use on my clitoris during sex is the RO 80 mm Bullet Vibrator, it cost me £8.99! If you are considering spending nearly £80 on the We-Vibe I would suggest you re-consider, we both felt it was uncomfortable, the g-spot vibrator doesn't work and the clitoral massage takes more delicate massage than a buzzing arm bumped against your lady bits by your husbands pelvis. Very Poor in practice!!

Mantric Sysil Edge
My partner and I have been experimenting with strap on's for a while. The shaft is bigger than any dildo we had used and was thicker than the bend over boyfriend. The vaginal plug looks a great size and shape and I was looking forward to enjoying the stimulation. The technical look of the sex toy actually makes it stand out from the crowd in many ways as we realised that the toy could be adjusted to suit our anatomy and sexual position. The dildo could be tilted to the angle required and the plug positioned so that the length could penetrate in a natural movement without discomfort. There is a bullet inserted into the base which delivers a nice buzz, quite powerful and quiet, quieter than the Tantus vibrators we had used with previous dildos. The colour was pink and a little girly, I understand that many men would prefer a strap on to look less like a penis but we did find it a little less sexy than we would have liked.
The plug feels good when inserted and would be perfect if it had a clitoral vibrator as well (I know this may be asking a little too much!) We adjusted the strap on to penetrate my husband whilst he lay on his back with legs raised and it was perfectly positioned. The slow entry was helped with copious amounts of sex lubricant and eventually it slid in to a satisfying length. The dildo stayed put and didn't move around whilst I thrust it forward and slid it back. The feeling was fabulous and made me feel the dildo was part of my body, my husband despite being unsure about the size felt the penetration was more comfortable than the harness dildo and we thought it was down to the angle achieved on penetration. We loved the mantric Sysil Edge and would recommend it to couples who have tried anal penetration with strap ons and want to progress to a more advanced system. Paying over £60 for the Edge seems like a lot but we don't know what we would need to buy to top this sex toy.
My husbands only wish would be to have a slimmer version and maybe in a more neutral rather than feminine tone. In terms of feel and effect we would find the Edge hard to beat!
